1. Is it necessary to register a new account?
Yes it is. Setting up a new account allows you to have easier access to the buying process, and it helps us to speed up the ordering process for you!
2. How do I set up a new account or login to my current account?
Simply click on the ‘My Account’ button on the top right corner of the page, key in your basic information in the form, and that’s it! You’re one of us now!
3. What’s the mailing list/subscription for?
At KinkyBlueFairy, we are constantly updating our range of products and varieties. By signing up to our mailing list, you’ll get to see our latest products firsthand and catch up with all the fun! Also, since most of our products will be limited, you’ll get to grab them first before it’s too late!
4. Will you pass my details to any other companies?
Nope! You can feel safe with us, as the customer’s confidentiality is extremely important to us!
5. What if I have forgotten my password?
Don’t worry, simply reset your password by clicking on the button in the My Account page, and we will send you the link to reset your password instantly via email.
Delivery & Return
1. Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes we do! Check out the shipping page (link) for the rates and timeline.
2. How long do you take to ship out my order?
If your order reaches us before 12pm, we will process it instantly within the day. For orders that reach us after 12pm, don’t worry! Your items will be shipped the next day! Once your item(s) has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number in it.
3. My items arrived late.
Your items will take longer to arrive if it happens to fall between the weekend and/or public holidays. However if your items arrive later than usual, send us an email at [email protected] so we can investigate for you!
4. You sent me the wrong item.
Our sincere apologies for this blunder and we hope it doesn’t affect your love for us! If this happens let us know immediately by sending us an email, or via instant chat with a picture of the faulty item(s) and your order ID, we will replace it immediately. However should your item(s) be unavailable, we will compensate your fund fully.
5. I made payment for my order but it’s out of stock!
We will try our best to avoid situations like this but should it happen to you, we will notify you instantly and compensate your money in full.
6. Is self-collect or COD (cash on delivery) available?
We do not offer this service for now, but will inform you immediately the moment we are open for this option!
7. How do I return something to you?
Send us an email listing the item(s) you wish to return, and we will proceed with your request. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Payment & Order
1. What payment methods do you accept?
For convenience and security issues, we use iPay88 payment getaway for all orders. iPay88 accepts a majority of local bank transfers, PayPal & Credit Card for those of you who live outside Malaysia. For those who prefer self-collect or COD, you may send us an email and visit us in our office to collect your order with the right amount of cash.
2. Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can but you need to notify us immediately via email before we ship out your items! Remember that we can’t cancel your order once your item(s) has already been shipped.
3. I’ve made an order and paid, but I found something else I like and want to add on into my previous order without paying extra postage charges.
Notify us immediately by dropping us an email in less than 24 hours. But we can’t do anything once the item(s) has been shipped.
4. I like an item so much but it’s out of stock!
Some of our items can be restocked. We usually announce it on our Facebook and Instagram page, so check them out constantly for any updates.

2. I love your stuff! Can I stock them and sell it in my shop?
We love it when people love our collection. Send us an email as well with deets of your shop, and other relevant information and we can explore from there!
